FEDCERT REFUND POLICY
Certifications are usually completed and delivered in 5-10 business days. According to our company policy, 20 business days, or 4 weeks is considered to be an acceptable timeframe for completion. In case we fail to complete all tests within the above timeframe, your payment will be refunded.
This means in 20 business days unless a new agreement is made, you’ll receive payment back:
FULL AMOUNT, if the test is not passed and shown on the official certification website of the certification issuer. In case we are not able to pass the exam for you then we will refund the entire amount we received from you for that exam.
PARTIAL AMOUNT, if we do not pass one of “multiple exams certification” and shown on the official certification website of the certification issuer.
If your certification had more than one exam and other exams are passed and updated on the official site then the amount will be refunded only for the exams which are not passed.
The refund amount does not include the transfer charges. The transfer fee WILL NOT be refunded.
The refund amount depends upon the amount which we had received and not on the exchange rate on the day of refund.
* For the refunded amount, money must be paid before we start the testing service.
